Where? Exmouth Leisure Centre, EX8 1EN.
When? Saturday 7th March, 2026.
Session 1: 8, 9 and 10 year-olds
Session 2: 11, 12, 13, 14 & 15+ .
Events? 50m butterfly, 50m backstroke, 100m IM, 50m breaststroke, 50m freestyle
Details? 25m pool; licenced L4 meet (licence number 4SW260343). Clubs participating: Exeter City SC, Exmouth SC, Honiton SC, Newton Abbot SC, Plymouth RNRM, Sidvale Sharks, Tavistock SC.
Tavistock and Exmouth Swimming Club look forward to welcoming everyone to their L4 meet on Saturday 7th March 2026. The meet pack can be found here.
- Venue and parking. What3words for the entrance to the Leisure Centre: ///vent.jump.tile. There are long-stay car parks available nearby.
- Expected timings.
- Session 1: the first warm-up will start at 11.20am. Racing is expected to start at 12noon and to finish at 2.05pm.
- Session 2: the first warm-up will start when session 1 finishes but not before 1.55pm. Racing will start not before 2.25pm. Finish likely to be approximately 4.15pm.
- Warm-ups. There will be two warm-ups, each lasting 15mins. The warm-up schedule is here.
- Personal belongings. Please use the lockers available in the centre. No nuts or glass are allowed either poolside or in the team seating areas. Mobile phones must not be used in changing rooms.
- Team seating areas. Teams will be placed in the area around the small pool. The small pool itself is strictly out of bounds and there will be marshalls to see this is adhered to.
- Officials and volunteers. A massive thank you to those who have already volunteered, either as officials or in other poolside roles. Please sign in when you arrive. The lead referee will be Chris Anderson from Tavistock. Briefing time will be 11.20am for session 1; not before 1.55pm for session 2.
- Spectators. Admission for spectators will cost £3, accompanying children free. Card only please. There is not much actual seating around the pool, but there is space for about 70 spectators in each session. Feel free to bring camping chairs.
- Raffle. There will be a raffle in each session, tickets £1 per strip.
