A busy few days in mid-May:
Sam Lake won gold in her age group in the European Aquathlon championships in Navarra-Pamplona
Charlotte and Hannah both took part in the Roadford Reservoir Open Water Swims. Charlotte came first overall in the 1500m and Hannah 3rd (2nd female) in the 2.5km.
Miri came third in her age group in the National Schools Biathle championships in a hugely competitive field.
And, as soon as she got home…
… came straight down to the pool, where she joined everyone else who was enjoying an informal team gala. Evie, Holly and Tanisha did a fantastic job of organising, motivating and supporting their teams of swimmers, including several who had never raced before, and lots of fun was had. Including by the two adults who stepped (or should that be dived?) in at the last minute to fill gaps.
