Where? Exmouth Leisure Centre, EX8 1EN. 

When?  Saturday 29th March, 2025.  Session 1: 8/9, 10 year-olds and 11 year-old boys. Session 2: 11 year-old girls, 12, 13, 14 & 15+ year olds.

Events?  50m butterfly, 50m backstroke, 100m IM, 50m breaststroke, 50m freestyle

Tavistock and Exmouth Swimming Club look forward to welcoming everyone to their L4 meet on Saturday 29th March 2025.  The meet pack can be found here.

There will be no printed copies of the program except for officials and volunteers; please bring your own.

  • Venue and parking. What3words for the entrance to the Leisure Centre: ///vent.jump.tile. There are long-stay car parks available nearby.
  • Timings.
    • Session 1: the first warm-up will start at 11.20am. Racing is expected to start at 12noon and to finish at 2pm.
    • Session 2: the first warm-up will start when session 1 starts but not before 1.45pm. Racing will start not before 2.20pm. Finish likely to be approximately 4.05pm.
  • Warm-ups. There will be two warm-ups, each lasting 15mins. Details are here.
  • Personal belongings. Please use the lockers available in the centre. No nuts or glass are allowed either poolside or in the team seating areas. Mobile phones must not be used in changing rooms.
  • Team seating areas. Teams will be placed in the area around the small pool. The small pool itself is strictly out of bounds and there will be marshalls to see this is adhered to.
  • Officials and volunteers. A massive thank you to those who have already volunteered, either as officials or in other poolside roles. Please sign in when you arrive. The lead referee will be Kathy Forward from Newton Abbot. Briefing time will be 11.20am for session 1; not before 1.45pm for session 2.
  • Spectators. Admission for spectators will cost £2.50, accompanying children free. Correct change appreciated, although we do have a card machine. There is not much actual seating around the pool, but there is space for about 70 spectators in each session.
  • Raffle. There will be a raffle in each session, tickets £1 per strip of 5.
