Devonport Winter Sprinter

What? A level 4 sprint gala run by DRSA (Devonport Royal Swimming Association). Suitable for all swimmers but especially younger or less experienced ones. There will be a maximum of eight clubs taking part.
When? Sunday 22nd February, 2026. Start approx 12.15pm.
Where? Plymouth Life Centre, PL2 3DG.
Events? 50m butterfly, 50m backstroke, 50m breaststroke, 50m freestyle, 100m IM.
General info
Cost? £6.60/ event (includes a supplement for poolside costs); £27.50 for all five events.
Closing date? Tuesday 20th January.
Swim England membership level? No need to upgrade. “Club Train” is enough. Everyone who swims already has at least this.
Timetable? Events will be run in the order 50m fly – 50m breast – 50m back – 50m free – 100m IM.
The warm-up is likely to start at about 12.15pm.
How do I enter?
- Log-in to Club Organiser www.cluborganiser.co.uk or “Club Login” at top RH corner of www.tavsc.co.uk
- Scroll down to below the calendar
- Look under “Fixtures/ Galas you may be eligible to enter”
- Click on the “Enter Now” button by “DRSA L4 Winter Sprinter 2026”
- Tick the events you would like to do
- Payments will be taken by direct debit using GoCardless. Mel will email you about this if necessary. Ignore any messages the system sends you shortly after you’ve entered. (It may tell you that you have paid when you haven’t, and it may also get the amount wrong.)

- You do not need to have raced an event before to enter it
- Minimum age 8 on the day of the meet
- If there is space, late entries will be accepted – but don’t rely on this as it may fill up.
- There is free parking at the Life Centre and free admission for spectators.
