Information
What? A level 3 gala at the Life Centre run by a group of eight clubs (including us). Offers all events, including long distance. As only those eight clubs take part, it is less crowded poolside than at many Life Centre galas.
When? 4th, 5th & 12th October 2025
Where? Plymouth Life Centre

General info
Cost? £6.60/event (includes a supplement for poolside costs).
Who? Suitable for almost anyone, even those new to galas. The fastest performance swimmers will need to check the cut-off times.
Closing date? Thurs 11th Sept
Swim England membership level? You will need to have Swim England Club Compete membership to enter. Upgrading from Club Train costs £26 and covers the rest of 2025. It is a very simple process: just ask Caroline or Mel and they will do it for you.

How do I enter?
- Log-in to Club Organiser www.cluborganiser.co.uk or “Club Login” on top RH corner of www.tavsc.co.uk
- Scroll down to below the calendar
- Look under “Fixtures/Galas you may be eligible to enter”
- Click on the “Enter Now” button by “City of Plymouth 2025”
- Tick the events you’d like to do
- Payment will be by direct debit via GoCardless. Mel will email you about this – ignore any messages the system sends you shortly after you’ve entered.

- Free admission for spectators
- The program includes relays. If we have enough entrants to raise a relay team, then Gareth or Jacob will select the swimmers for these.
- Minimum age: 9 on 12th October 2025. Nine and 10 year-olds are restricted in the events they can enter: this should come up automatically or see the meet pack for details.
- You can enter an event even if you have not swum it in competition before.
